CreditContext ("we," "us") provides a Financing Readiness Assessment for small and medium-sized businesses, based on financial information you supply. We are an independent advisory service. We are not a lender, a credit broker, a rating agency, or a regulated financial institution. We do not make lending decisions, extend credit, or guarantee that any lender will approve your application. We receive no commission or referral fee from any lender or financing provider mentioned in an assessment.
Your assessment is generated automatically from the information and documents you provide and is delivered to you immediately. It is reviewed by an advisor after delivery, and we will reissue a corrected report if an error is identified. It reflects standard commercial lending criteria as understood at the time of preparation and is intended to help you prepare for a financing application - it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed lender, accountant, or lawyer, and should not be relied upon as such.
The full assessment is a one-time paid service at the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details. Purchasing grants you one assessment for the company and documents you submit - it does not create a subscription or recurring charge.
If you pay but are unable to complete your submission (for example, you don't have documents ready, or the information required for your situation isn't available), contact us at the email below before generating a fresh purchase. We will work with you to either complete your existing submission or resolve the payment - we don't want you to pay twice for one assessment, and we don't want you stuck having paid for something you can't use.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit. The assessment is only as reliable as the information it's based on. If you submit inaccurate or misleading information, the resulting assessment may not reflect your actual financing readiness, and we are not responsible for any consequences of relying on an assessment based on inaccurate input.
Your assessment report is prepared for your company's own use in preparing a financing application. You may share it with lenders, advisors, and other parties involved in your financing process. It is not licensed for resale or redistribution as a product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreditContext is not liable for any financing decision made by you or any third party in reliance on an assessment, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our service. Our total liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid for the assessment giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above.
